ABOUT

I provide clinical counselling to primarily adults, families and adolescents who struggle with mental health issues, relational conflict, addictions and other personal issues. I seek to provide a safe, respectful and therapeutic environment where people can feel genuinely heard, understood and helped towards having a meaningful and healthy life.

“Meaning is not a luxury for us. It is a kind of spiritual oxygen, we might say, that enables our souls to live”
