Neil is a registered clinical counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (#3516). He earned his M.A. degree from Trinity Western University in Counselling Psychology and his B.A. in Counselling and Religious Studies from Summit Pacific College.

Neil has over ten years experience working in an outpatient mental health agency. He has also worked as a clinical counsellor on campus of a local University, and currently teaches courses in psychology at a local college. He also has extensive experience supervising undergraduate and graduate students in the counselling and human services field. Neil often provides workshops and seminars related to topics of mental health, relationship challenges and spiritual formation and the personal development of helping professionals.
